Donna started her career in TV broadcasting, working as a consumer producer and reporter. She often worked with families in crisis and covered many stories involving elderly care. Several years later, she moved into the care industry, where she became a personal care assistant for mentally ill residents in a group home setting. After that, she worked as a dietician’s assistant at an assisted living community, where she was responsible for meal planning and weight management of the residents. She then spent 5 years working in customer service for Amazon before joining the Concierge Care Advisors Team.

Donna spends her free time with her 3 kids and husband. She volunteers for her local little league and enjoys photography.
