Senior Living Advisor
High-Income, Relationship-Driven Advisory Role

We combine medical-grade ethics, regulatory leadership, and concierge-level service to help families make some of the most important decisions of their lives.
We are expanding and looking for top-tier Senior Living Advisors who want to build a serious, well-paid, purpose-driven career.
This is not a call-center job. This is a consultative, relationship-driven advisory role.
What You Do
You act as a trusted Senior Care Strategist for families facing aging, safety, and housing decisions.
You will:
- Run in-depth consultations with families
- Match seniors to the right assisted living, memory care, or home-care options
- Guide tours, transitions, and move-ins
- Work with hospitals, social workers, physicians and families
- Build and manage your own referral relationships while also receiving qualified leads from CCA
- Close placements while protecting families' best interests
You are not selling buildings — you are solving problems and earning trust.

Must have a background in healthcare, senior care, social work or home care.

- Strong base salary
