Concierge Care Advisors is honored to introduce Linda Rudat, a dedicated and compassionate advocate for seniors and their families. Linda’s journey in elder care began in 1991 when her family moved to the Pacific Northwest to care for an aging relative. As word spread about her caregiving skills, neighbors and friends began seeking her help, inspiring her to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and commit her career to serving seniors.
When her relative transitioned to an assisted living community, Linda expanded her expertise, working as a Marketing Director and Human Resources Manager for an in-home care company before stepping into the role of Care Manager. It was in this role that she discovered her passion for guiding families through the emotional and practical aspects of senior care transitions.
Linda’s experience grew when she was selected to manage a group of adult family homes, leading them through an ownership transition and ensuring the highest standards of care. She later became the Executive Director of an innovative assisted living and memory care community, a small, person-centered model designed to create a more intimate and homelike environment for residents.
Launching and leading this community during the pandemic was one of the most challenging and meaningful experiences of Linda’s career. With visitations restricted, she relied on compassion, patience, and presence to comfort residents with profound dementia, ensuring they felt safe and supported despite the circumstances.
With expertise spanning in-home care, adult family homes, assisted living, memory care, and hospice, Linda is uniquely equipped to help families navigate the complexities of senior care. Having hired and trained numerous caregivers throughout her career, she is a strong advocate for the caregiving profession and is committed to strengthening support systems for both professional and family caregivers.
Originally from Chicago, Linda embraces life in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, where she enjoys kayaking and discovering new parks with her Cavapoo, Boone.
