Concierge Care Advisors is honored to introduce Karine, a dedicated professional with over 24 years of experience serving seniors in a variety of roles.
Karine began her career in 1998 as a Certified Nursing Assistant, spending several years working in skilled nursing facilities and providing home care before pursuing an education in Social and Human Services. While raising her children, Karine worked in various part-time positions supporting at-risk individuals, including the elderly and children with developmental delays.
In 2019, Karine discovered her passion for helping families when she became a Move-In Coordinator for a large senior living community offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. Just a few months into her role, the pandemic presented unprecedented challenges, teaching her how to think creatively and deepening her understanding of the emotional journey families experience when moving a loved one into senior living during a crisis.
Karine later served as a Community Relations Manager for a smaller Assisted Living community, where she worked closely with families, helping them navigate the complexities of transitioning their loved ones into a safe and supportive environment. In 2022, Karine faced a similar journey with her own family when her father’s health concerns required a move to senior care. Turning to a local advisor for guidance, she experienced firsthand the value of compassionate, expert support during a difficult time, a perspective that fuels her commitment to helping others.
Originally from Redmond, Karine has called Bothell home for the past 28 years, where she has raised her four children. As a family, they enjoy weekend adventures when the weather is nice. In her personal time, Karine loves visiting nurseries, exploring thrift stores, and nurturing her extensive houseplant collection. Recently, she has also taken up puzzles, adding a new layer of creativity to her hobbies.
