During his 40-plus-year professional career, Marc Lilly has specialized in the creation and successful management of novel-based businesses. 

Marc became interested in healthcare after serving as a medical corpsman in the US Army, then started his healthcare career as a respiratory therapist, but he quickly became a serial entrepreneur who created more than a dozen successful companies in the healthcare space. He also held management positions with companies like drugstore.com and Allscripts Health Care Solutions and was the founder and CEO of Zynchros, Inc. 

Most recently, Marc created the pharmacy/payer network and clinical messaging software firm Vieosoft, which sold to Change Healthcare in 2014. His familiarity with the diverse aspects of the US healthcare system, its stakeholders, and emerging technologies make him uniquely qualified to help successfully lead the Concierge Care Advisors business model.

Marc’s healthcare background is a driving force for evolving Concierge Care Advisors to a “Transition and Care” company vs. the traditional placement agency model. His vision is to build a comprehensive solution that serves the healthcare community and provides a connected solution of senior living and care, thus improving senior outcomes by “getting it right the first time.”

“I was faced with the decisions and responsibilities of caring for both my grandmother and my mother when the time came to transition to senior living. Having a service like ours would have been immensely helpful to our family during those stressful times. Our goal at Concierge Care Advisors is to build a solution that helps families from a concierge service level and offers 360° of assistance”.

Marc was also the founder of the Seattle Youth Board and was a past board member of the Hope Heart Institute.

As an industry leader, Mary Cordova was an early visionary during the creation of the Senior Referral Placement industry and helped define the category that exists today. 

Mary’s 20-year service in the medical/surgical distribution business and durable medical equipment industry supporting the senior living communities provides a unique perspective for starting Concierge Care Advisors. Mary comes from a family that has decades of healthcare experience, and she has also served as an Executive Director of a local memory care community.

Mary’s long history of serving seniors is remarkable because of the sheer number of families and seniors she has assisted in finding the best living and care solutions when needed. Over the last 15 years, Mary has served and overseen thousands of seniors and is recognized by her peers as a leader in the space.

Like her founding partner, Mary is an innovator who is always interested in better ways to serve seniors and create best practices to strive for the most ideal outcomes. She is motivated by service to seniors, as demonstrated by her personal example of pro bono work and her development of the Concierge Care Advisors Good Samaritan program, which donates a percentage of revenue to senior programs.

Born and raised in Mountlake Terrace as the ninth child of 10 in her family, Mary benefitted from a multi-generational household after her grandmother moved in to help care for the family. That loving relationship permeates Mary’s passion for people, especially seniors and those who have fallen on hard times.

Prior to joining Concierge Care Advisors, Kecia Lilly spent more than 25 years in the institutional investment consulting business advising pension plans, public retirement systems, 401k plan fiduciaries, and (primarily) foundation and endowment funds. Kecia began her consulting career in the mid-80s with E.F. Hutton and went on to work for some of the largest consulting firms in the country, along the way, founding her own successful consulting practice. 

Kecia’s background and experience in providing comprehensive due diligence on investment management firms who managed millions of dollars for these funds uniquely positioned her to lead our corporate business development and compliance at Concierge Care Advisors. 

Kecia personally meets with and pre-screens each of the professionals and firms for our unique Concierge Care Advisors Premier Resources listing, which is provided to our clients as part of our suite of Concierge Services.Kecia also manages the internal compliance and human resources at Concierge Care Advisors and was instrumental in Concierge Care Advisors’ support and testimony to pass legislation regulating the industry. Her dedication to protecting vulnerable adults is a natural extension of her interest in protecting the clients she oversaw during her career in finance.

Heather was first introduced into the long-term care community in 2004 when her father opened an adult family home. Living in the same home as the residents for which you provide care allowed Heather an intimate and speedy education in the importance of the different community settings and the continuum of care.

Heather previously served as the office manager for the Washington State Residential Care Council, the association representing the nearly 3,000 adult family homes in the state. While there, she expanded her industry knowledge as well as advocacy for seniors and people with disabilities.

As the company’s General Manager, Heather is an integral part of the leadership team. This position oversees all operations, including human resources. Heather also assists senior advisors with regulatory compliance and training and works with long-term care providers to ensure seniors and their families are supported in all their transitions.

Jennifer Melville, MBA, PMP, is a seasoned communications professional with over 12 years of experience in marketing communications, journalism, and project management. As the Director of Marketing at Concierge Care Advisors (CCA), she brings a wealth of expertise to the team, driving comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate the CCA brand. Her role involves managing all aspects of marketing, including branding, content creation, digital marketing, graphic design, public relations, and campaign management. 

Jennifer earned her MBA in Strategic Leadership from the Valar Institute and holds a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Maryland University College. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), SCRUM Master, and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt. She’s actively involved with the Puget Sound Project Management Institute, where she serves as Director of Communications. Her diverse qualifications and experience make her a dynamic leader with a keen eye for both strategy and execution. 

Before joining CCA, Jennifer served as Content Marketing Lead Project Manager at Orion Talent, where she managed the company’s content department as well as high-value recruitment marketing projects. Prior to that, she honed her storytelling and content development skills as a freelance journalist for numerous publications throughout the Southeast. Jennifer contributed to publications including Folio Weekly Magazine, South Magazine, EU Jacksonville Newspaper, St. Augustine Social, The Ponte Vedra Recorder, St. Augustine Entertainer, Arbus Magazine, and Focus on The Family.   

A proud military spouse, Jennifer is passionate about supporting veterans and military families. In her prior role, she advocated for employment opportunities for military spouses and veterans. She brings that same passion for veterans to CCA, focusing on ensuring that senior veterans and their families have access to the local resources and support they need to navigate senior care and ensure dignity throughout the entirety of a veteran’s life. Helping military families navigate the complexities of care and benefits is a mission close to her heart. 

Outside of work, Jennifer is a nature lover, a Broadway enthusiast, and a watercolor artist. She enjoys spending her free time with her husband and four children, exploring hiking trails throughout the Pacific Northwest, and cheering on the Seattle Seahawks.

Concierge Care Advisors is honored to introduce Jenny Austin-Krzemien. Jenny graduated with her BA from Washington State University and spent 10 years in the hotel industry. In 2010, she switched gears and started working in senior care, where she found her true passion—helping seniors and their families problem-solve to find the right solutions. She spent the next 10 years of her career at an assisted living community in Tacoma, joining Concierge Care Advisors in 2020. Jenny is very involved with the non-profit organization Healthcare Providers Council of Pierce County. She has served on the Board of Directors for the past 7 years and will continue to serve in 2022. 

Jenny is happily married and enjoys spending her free time wine-tasting with her husband and friends.

Concierge Care Advisors is honored to introduce Kelsey Jochum. Kelsey began her journey in the senior service field when, as a teenager, she took her first part-time job as a dining room server in a retirement community. During this time, Kelsey developed a passion for working with older adults, especially those experiencing memory loss and dementia. While Kelsey pursued her degree in Social Work, she opted to complete her practicum with a hospice agency, shadowing the hospice social worker and nurturing her passion for helping older adults experience a quality life at all stages of life. After earning her degree in Social Work with a certificate in Gerontology, Kelsey began working as a Social Worker in skilled nursing facilities, where she not only helped seniors living in long-term care access the benefits and services entitled to them but also assisted seniors with transitioning into the community and securing any services they may need. 

Kelsey spent over 7 years working as a Social Worker in skilled nursing facilities across 3 states and understands first-hand how complicated the search for senior living can be for older adults and their families. Kelsey continues her passion for helping others navigate the complex world of senior care in her role as a Senior Care Advisor. 

In her personal life, Kelsey enjoys spending time with her significant other and 2 dogs, going for walks, hiking, camping, and exploring the beauty of Washington state. Despite living a distance from her close-knit circle of family and friends, Kelsey maintains strong relationships with those she dearly loves.

Concierge Care Advisors is honored to introduce Jennifer James. Jennifer began her career in the senior industry in 1994, working at a community in 

Snohomish County as a Certified Nursing Assistant, where she served and cared for seniors. Later, in 1998, Jennifer was the co-owner of an adult family home in Shoreline, Washington. Jennifer maintained the daily operations of the home, including managing the clients, preparing nutritious meals, and coordinating daily activities for 8 years. 

Jennifer then began working in the home care senior industry as a business development/care manager during the last 14 years. In this position, she assisted seniors with aging in place or helped to find other safer solutions for her clientele to reside. Jennifer has experience working with almost all stages of senior care, including dementia care, diabetic care, companion care, and hospice. She has a proven track record of good communication and understands the senior industry well. Jennifer also has continuing education in dementia care, nurse delegation, and mental health. 

Jennifer enjoys outdoor activities and is a native of the PNW. She enjoys her family, outdoor activities, her pets, and volunteering. 

Concierge Care Advisors is honored to introduce Marta Street. Marta joined CCA with many years of experience in and around the elder care community. Her introduction to serving seniors was in 1978 as a nurse’s aide in a skilled nursing facility. Her favorite time in her shift was when she could sit and listen to the rich stories of her patients. From there, she worked as an Emergency Medical Technician and Medical Assistant and then spent time working for Medicare in their claims processing call center.

Marta realized her true passion when she found herself back in the skilled nursing world in 2003. A social worker began to teach her about Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. There, she learned about the special qualities and needs of these residents. Because of that passion, she has been a part of the Snohomish Walk to End Alzheimer’s since 2019. In the year of the pandemic, she reached Elite Grand Champion for raising over $5,000 for the cause.

After spending many years on the financial end of senior care, Marta wanted to serve others in a more personal way. She served as a Community Relations Director in both memory care communities as well as independent and assisted living communities in the Snohomish County area. She is described as a “fire fighter” because of how well she helps her families that are in crisis when they need to find great solutions fast.

For fun, Marta loves to spend time with her husband and daughter.  You may find artful rocks around town that she has painted or drink from a coffee cup that has a hand-painted mandala on it.  She also shares her creativity and love of this art form by teaching her friends the art of dot painting.

Concierge Care Advisors is honored to introduce Tabitha White. Tabitha brings over 6 years of sales achievements in healthcare, business-to-business relations, and senior living industries. Tabitha is passionate about relationship building and has a dedication and compassion for senior care. She has a strong sales background and has managed teams of both sales and operations. Tabitha is comfortable and has experience working with all stages of senior health care, including in-home care, specialized therapies, hospice care, and dementia care. Tabitha understands the senior care industry well and truly enjoys connecting families to the resources they need. 

Tabitha began her career in senior living as a Director of Sales and Marketing for an independent assisted living and memory care community. Working with a variety of needs, she shared community knowledge with prospective clients, current residents, and families while making personal recommendations to best meet their needs. 

Tabitha then worked for a company whose mission is to be a leader and a catalyst in the communities they serve by building connections, so that is exactly what she did. Tabitha built a variety of referral relationships in hospitals, doctors, rehab facilities, housing, and home care agencies in the senior care industry. She worked collaboratively to better serve those 50 and better by connecting referrals to providers and connecting senior citizens to resources. She would continue to support the senior care community between Snohomish, King, and Pierce County.

After having a child, Tabitha decided it was time to work closer to home. Tabitha went on to work in the in-home care senior industry as a business development and client care manager. In the first year, she managed the entirety of a startup Tacoma office. In this role, Tabitha worked directly with families in Pierce County to ensure their care team was providing continuity of care to clients. Tabitha was performing assessments and establishing comprehensive care plans to best serve the client’s needs and then frequently conducting supervisory visits at clients’ homes for ongoing care management. Her daily responsibilities would include coordinating post-discharge home care with hospital and skilled nursing discharge planners, social workers, and case managers. 

Tabitha has served on several boards and committees as a volunteer. She continues to serve on committees and stays involved with community partnerships and organizations that serve seniors, including the Health Care Providers Council, National Aging in Place Council, Alzheimer’s Association, Millennial Providers Network, and Making the Link.

Tabitha was raised in a military family and was stationed here as a child. She grew to absolutely love the Pacific Northwest. For fun, Tabitha loves spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys being outside and exploring the hikes and amazing views this beautiful state offers.
