Concierge Care Advisors is honored to introduce Vannah Roberto. Vannah has had the privilege of serving the senior living community since 2015. Her passion for this career began when she spent 2 years working as a Certified Nursing Assistant. After receiving recognition from her administrator, Vannah was provided an opportunity to work with seniors as a Social Services assistant for the following 3 years, where she skillfully guided the transition process for vulnerable seniors and oversaw patient care.
Vannah’s passion is assisting seniors with dementia and Alzheimer’s and spending any extra time seeking to further understand the needs of each senior and their loved ones, all while tending to her patients’ psychosocial well-being. She has also worked as a Social Worker in 2 skilled nursing facilities, as well as an assisted living with memory care facility.
In her spare time, Vannah loves spending quality time with her family and her pets, going on long walks, and exploring the beautiful outdoors of Washington on hikes and bike rides.
