During his 40-plus-year professional career, Marc Lilly has specialized in the creation and successful management of novel-based businesses.
Marc became interested in healthcare after serving as a medical corpsman in the US Army, then started his healthcare career as a respiratory therapist, but he quickly became a serial entrepreneur who created more than a dozen successful companies in the healthcare space. He also held management positions with companies like drugstore.com and Allscripts Health Care Solutions and was the founder and CEO of Zynchros, Inc.
Most recently, Marc created the pharmacy/payer network and clinical messaging software firm Vieosoft, which sold to Change Healthcare in 2014. His familiarity with the diverse aspects of the US healthcare system, its stakeholders, and emerging technologies make him uniquely qualified to help successfully lead the Concierge Care Advisors business model.
Marc’s healthcare background is a driving force for evolving Concierge Care Advisors to a “Transition and Care” company vs. the traditional placement agency model. His vision is to build a comprehensive solution that serves the healthcare community and provides a connected solution of senior living and care, thus improving senior outcomes by “getting it right the first time.”

Marc was also the founder of the Seattle Youth Board and was a past board member of the Hope Heart Institute.
