Concierge Care Advisors is honored to introduce Jennifer James. Jennifer began her career in the senior industry in 1994, working at a community in
Snohomish County as a Certified Nursing Assistant, where she served and cared for seniors. Later, in 1998, Jennifer was the co-owner of an adult family home in Shoreline, Washington. Jennifer maintained the daily operations of the home, including managing the clients, preparing nutritious meals, and coordinating daily activities for 8 years.
Jennifer then began working in the home care senior industry as a business development/care manager during the last 14 years. In this position, she assisted seniors with aging in place or helped to find other safer solutions for her clientele to reside. Jennifer has experience working with almost all stages of senior care, including dementia care, diabetic care, companion care, and hospice. She has a proven track record of good communication and understands the senior industry well. Jennifer also has continuing education in dementia care, nurse delegation, and mental health.
Jennifer enjoys outdoor activities and is a native of the PNW. She enjoys her family, outdoor activities, her pets, and volunteering.
