What We Do
As your senior care concierge, we anticipate all your needs
Concierge Care Advisors provides end-to-end service to match seniors with a community that connects their physical, emotional, social and financial needs. We navigate the complex senior care industry so you don’t have to, providing guidance throughout Washington and Arizona.
In addition to our careful matching process, we also partner with vetted professionals your senior might need and are happy to refer you at no cost. From attorneys to movers to working out VA benefits, we’re happy to provide a 360 degree approach to senior care.
We personally meet with you and your family to discover your loved one’s needs, wishes and wants for the next stage of their life. We cover all the angles to ensure that we help find the right choice.
Once we understand all of your loved one’s needs, our team of specially trained social workers research the best options and schedule tours and interviews with all prospective senior living communities.
Our advisors personally tour communities with your family to assure all questions are asked and answered. We advocate on your loved one’s behalf, help negotiate best terms and assist with all the details.
We aren’t done yet. Our team follows up within 3 days of your senior’s move-in to ensure a safe transition to their new life. Then we check in again at 30 days to make sure your senior is healthy, happy, and satisfied.

Veterans’ Benefits

Is Senior Living Right for My Loved One?
Change can be difficult, and transitioning to a new living situation is a big decision. What we’ve found from helping thousands of seniors find comfortable new communities is that most reservations come from simply not knowing what’s out there. Going on tours and meeting some new friendly faces matched by our Senior Care Advisors can help! Some of the biggest benefits seniors experience that they aren’t always expecting include:
- Greater happiness and decreased isolation through socializing with members of the same age group
- Receiving more attention for problems and concerns thanks to dedicated staff
- More peace of mind by knowing all medical needs are observed and accounted for
- More self-direction and independence by having space and activities they can choose from without relying on family having time
- Healthier living through more activities readily available and accessible to them
